Movin' Tunes provides a variety of payment methods in order to make this process as easy for you as possible.
All reservation / initial payments must be accompanied by a Reservation Agreement.
All Balance Payments are Due in Full - No Less Than 14 Days Prior to the Event.
We accept the following forms of payment for event reservations and balance payments:
Cash or Check are the preferred method of payment -
( they do not suffer a % service fee and we don't want to and won't charge you a convenience fee for credit charges. )
Credit card payments can be processed in a variety of ways.
** In person & swiped or keyed into the credit card processor.
** Over the telephone.
** Text Message, with the appropriate information.
** Credit Card processing FORM completed and E-Mailed or faxed.
All credit card payments will receive an E-Mail Notification of payment(s) made.
This will link through the Intelligent Movin' Tunes PayPal account in order for any payments to be designated for your specific event.
